At Kora Ka Pitara, every product is selected with care and carries its own character, craftsmanship, and story. We want you to be happy with what reaches you, and if something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is eligible for return and meets the conditions mentioned below.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Returned with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and inserts
- Free from scratches, stains, damage, fragrance, or signs of use
- Accompanied by the original order details or proof of purchase
Products returned without their original packaging or showing signs of use may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, certain products are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
These include:
- Perfumes, attars, and fragrance products once opened or used
- Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive jewellery once worn or used
- Personalised or customised products
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Many of our products are handcrafted or made using natural materials. Minor variations in colour, texture, pattern, stone markings, carving, polish, dimensions, or finish may naturally occur and are not considered defects.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer and inner packaging
- An unboxing video, wherever possible
Once the issue is reviewed and verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Please do not discard the original packaging until your concern has been resolved.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our team will share the next steps.
Please do not send any product back without receiving return confirmation from Kora Ka Pitara.
Refunds
Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection.
If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method wherever possible.
Refunds may take approximately 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, convenience fees, or other service charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product sent by us.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through:
- UPI
- Bank transfer
- Another available digital payment method
Our team may request the required payment details after the return has been approved.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged depending on product availability.
If the replacement product is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another suitable option, store credit, or a refund depending on the circumstances.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order will be handled according to the applicable return policy after delivery.
For prepaid orders successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us, we will assist with return shipping wherever possible.
For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or other customer-related reasons, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Please pack all returned products securely. Kora Ka Pitara will not be responsible for products damaged during return transit due to improper packaging.
Handcrafted & Natural Products
Kora Ka Pitara celebrates products inspired by traditional craftsmanship, natural materials, stones, antique finishes, metalwork, beads, wood, and artisanal techniques.
Because of this, no two handcrafted pieces may look completely identical.
Slight variations in:
- Colour
- Texture
- Stone patterns
- Carving
- Metal finish
- Shape
- Dimensions
- Polish
- Hand-painted details
are part of the natural and handcrafted character of the product and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Fragrance Products
Perfumes and attars cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, except where the product is received damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.
Fragrance perception may vary from person to person, and personal preference regarding a fragrance will not generally qualify as a defect.
Jewellery
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other hygiene-sensitive jewellery cannot be returned once worn or used.
Jewellery should be returned in its original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.
Natural stones and handcrafted jewellery may show minor variations in colour, shape, texture, or pattern.
Refund Exceptions
A refund may be refused if:
- The return request is raised outside the eligible return period
- The product has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, or components are missing
- The product is returned without prior approval
- The item is listed as non-returnable
- The issue relates to normal handcrafted variation rather than a defect
